Our 2026 BB Merchant Services offsite to La Manga was one of those moments you don’t fully appreciate until afterwards.
Time away as a team is rare.
Stepping outside of the usual pace of calls, projects and reporting gave us space to think properly about where we are heading.
There were conversations about growth, maintaining quality as we expand, and how our benchmarking capability continues to evolve.
But there were also simple moments that matter just as much, shared meals, long discussions, and a few good laughs.
Busy months are ahead.
They always are at this point in the financial year.
It’s easy to move from one deadline to the next without taking a step back.
Trips like La Manga remind us that strong teams are built on purpose.
